Support calls are given to our members every 6-8 weeks to keep in touch and offer support throughout their membership. Support calls require calling members, chatting to them and then updating our system.
It costs us £600 per member per year to cover our costs. Sponsoring a support call is supporting one element of the service, going towards the administration of the calls
